To maintain analytical excellence, completed custom reports will be delivered directly to the client's provided email address within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.

3. Accurate Information Required
The client is solely responsible for providing accurate birth details (date, exact time, and location) via the intake form at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for strategic inaccuracies resulting from incorrect client data.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy
